Measuring Nanoparticle Delivery of DIR to Different Organs

Organs of mice were obtained and imaging of was done after 96 hours. For control mouse, DiR signal in liver, lung and spleen was stronger than that in other organs. Compared with control group, DiR in micelles tended to accumulate in tumors other than liver, lung and spleen of test mouse.
